I believe that personal growth is a lifelong Pursuit. It involves introspection

as well as input and in this current world full of stimulation and distraction Introspection can be difficult and filtering input is also challenging.

While i would like to think that I arrived at my methodologies through a set of obvious principles, I'd say rather that there have been Lots of things and experiences that have inspired me, things I have chosen to work with to help me in my own quest.

Some of these things are people like my very wise father. Other things are books and movies and Music. Later I came to writing, Journaling, drawing. The creative outlets are a way to unwind and let the energies flow.

Most of all though my method is about listening and hearing, cycling experience through personal and other stories, sometimes true and other times fiction, but all with important messages for us.

​

As a coach or teacher I help define the goals. I hear the words and I hear what isn't being said. We look at the circumstances and create plans when appropriate and other times it is enough to listen.  Problems don't happen overnight and neither does change however I do my best to find the most effective path.

​

Change isn't easy most of the time, but not making a change when change is needed is the kind of mistake that tends to bite back later. The first step is knowing you want change.

​

I call upon the natural world, the spiritual world. I find a companion in the stoics and Zen Buddhism. I use my soul and intuition to connect with you and set you on a path. That path will take you in a direction of creation and growth.
